From our very first contact with Ms. Bullock, we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. She worked with us under a great deal of pressure to find a property that we were qualified to purchase, to see the offer and subsequent purchase through, and to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. There were many special circumstances in this process regarding our funding sources that probably few realtors have dealt with before. Ms. Bullock went the extra mile in helping us secure a mortgage loan despite these circumstances. Her persistence in this matter was exemplary and very much appreciated.
Additionally, she went above and beyond the call of duty when we experienced major problems in the sale of our home in Fresno. Working with a network of contacts to achieve everyone's goal: RESULTS. Where other realtors were content to let days go by without returning calls or pursuing details, Carol left no stone unturned to see that things got done when they needed to be done. It is safe to say that she is directly responsible not only for the purchase of our home in San Mateo, but the successful sale of our home in Fresno as well as a contingent sale of our buyer's home in South San Francisco. Our only regret was that she did not receive commission from these sales as well!
